START A "FEELINGS" JournalDuring this quarantine I suggest students start a journal. The topic of the journal is how your child is feeling about the day.
Kinder & 1st Grade: Draw how you feel about the day. 2nd & 3rd Grade: Draw and write one to two sentences about how you feel about the day. 4th & 5th Grade: Write in three or more sentences about how you feel about the day and why. |

NOTE: You do not need to record their answers because the main purpose is to start a dialogue between you and yourchild about our current situation. The main purpose of this activity is to check if your child understands the importance of having 3B's especially during these stressful times. |
